Services, Answered
Do I need to choose one service, or do I get all of them?
Every account comes with access to all four — platforms, market analysis, education, and support. They’re not separate tiers or add-ons.
Which platform should I use, MT4 or MT5?
MT5 is our recommended default — it’s the newer platform with more built-in tools and supports a wider range of asset classes. MT4 remains available and is still widely used, particularly for traders who prefer its established Expert Advisor ecosystem.
Is the education content suitable if I've never traded before?
Yes. Our resources start from the fundamentals — what online trading actually is, how leverage works, and basic risk management — before moving into strategy-level material.
How do I actually reach the support team?
WhatsApp is the fastest way — no ticket queues or waiting on hold. You can also use the interest form on our Contact page for anything non-urgent.
